How do I pay?
You pay for each minute of the call. The price depends on the country you're calling to. After you sign up, you can buy credits and pay as you go.
Is it a subscription or are there any monthly fees?
No, there are no monthly fees for outbound calls. You pay for each minute of the call. Only if you choose to get a phone number from Sproutcall, for which there is a monthly fee.
How good quality are calls?
Since calls are routed over the Internet, it's great! The sound is crisp, making it easy to hear each other. The latency is low, making it easy to have a conversation.
Can I get my own phone number?
Yes! You can either buy a new number from Sproutcall (starts at $4.50/month), or use a number you already own (starts at $1.50/month).
Can I also receive calls?
Yes! If you have a phone number from Sproutcall, you can receive calls directly in your browser. Inbound calls are free under our Fair Use Policy (up to 3,000 minutes per month).
How does your money-back guarantee work?
